I did prenatal yoga and loved it. I tried to carry it over outside of pregnancy but between the babies and the cats climbing all over me, I could never make it work very well.
This woman makes it work impressively, even with feline "help." I'm impressed!

ReplyDeleteI remember that during my last labor, one of my cats brushed up against my face in the middle of a contraction, and nearly everyone in the room (doula, mom, DH) gasped as he did it. But it was so comforting--perhaps surprisingly so. We'll see what he does during this birth!
